Together Pangea's acoustic rendition of "Marijuana" is a dirge of cinematic psychedelia shot through with the band's knack for pop-punk melody. Vocalist/guitarist William Keegan of Los Angeles' Together Pangea explains the meaning behind the song Marijuana, "I had a dream that I was on a rooftop in the Tucson desert and a planet was crashing into the earth like in the movie Melancholia. In the dream, i knew that I could stop it, but I wanted to see what happened. I wrote this song thinking about that dream."
lyrics
Life on the stage
Life alone again
Spring up better men
Siblings all of them
I believe in time
I believe in mind
I believe in life
Up over everything
You can have it if you wanna
Fever dreams of Arizona
Learn to smoke that Marijuana
Only you can make it stop
